UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level)

Internal digital platforms team to design intuitive user experiences that support internal workflows. This is a highly collaborative role involving research, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative design.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and synthesize insights

Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes

Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams

Iterate based on feedback, usability tests, and analytics

Stay current on UX best practices and accessibility standards

Required Skills

Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or related field

3–5 years’ UX/UI experience with strong portfolio

Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

Deep understanding of user-centered design

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Agile experience is a plus

Nice to Have

Front-end exposure (Angular, HTML, CSS, JS)

Familiarity with prototyping tools (InVision, Proto.io)

Accessibility knowledge (WCAG, ADA)

Experience with Design Thinking
