General Manager (Troy, MI)
CycleBar is seeking a General Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art studio in Troy. The General Manager will be passionate about fitness, deliver a superior experience, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
Lead generation and outbound marketing campaigns to acquire new members.
Membership sales, renewal, and ancillary service goals.
Staff scheduling, supervision of the CBX team, and workplace cleanliness.
Strategic marketing campaign management to generate studio leads.
Coaching, training, and educating the CBX team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.
Collaborate with the studio owner on setting monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
Drive referral business through ambassadorship and member engagement.
Qualifications
2+ years in retail/service sales or fitness‑sales experience.
Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
Ability to drive membership and retail revenue streams.
Fluent in English, excellent written and oral communication.
Highly organized, data‑proficient, priority‑setting and deadline‑meeting.
Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and trustworthy.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork.
Proficiency with computers and studio software.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + commission based on experience and performance.
