Under the direction of the Assistant Store Leader, you will lead your team to meet daily sales goals and exceed customer expectations. With a constant eye on the sales floor, you will adjust staffing to ensure every customer receives personal attention and you will mentor, coach, and develop associates, providing thoughtful feedback and guidance to foster advancement.

Responsibilities

Lead the designated functional team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.

Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong, visible presence.

Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.

Maintain an understanding of new store initiatives and communicate changes to associates, ensuring adoption throughout the store.

Focus on promoting and driving sales, staying aware of current products in and out of store.

Review KPI results, working with the Assistant Store Leader to identify opportunities and corrective actions.

Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Leader to review business results, customer feedback, and associate performance.

Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service by setting expectations and modeling behaviors.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

Sense of personal style with a discerning eye and passion for design and home furnishings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma/GED or equivalent.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have...

1+ years of customer service or retail experience.

Full‑time availability for flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Part‑time availability for at least two weekend days and at least one weekday or night.

Minimum Starting Rate:

$20.70 per hour.

Up to:

$25.88 per hour. Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to salary, associates may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long‑term incentives.
