Help champion design excellence and support best-in-class brand execution as our creative function scales

Proactively seek cross-functional collaboration opportunities to enhance creative output and brand cohesion

Collaborate with performance and product designers to exchange insights, elevate shared practices, and contribute to a thriving, connected design culture across the broader creative team

Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that push the brand forward

Qualifications What You Bring

Experience with brand systems and working within visual guidelines

Strong collaboration skills— you communicate clearly and build productive relationships across teams

An understanding of design for different audiences and channels, and how to tailor content accordingly

A passion for storytelling, creativity, and using design to make a meaningful impact

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized— you can manage your time and projects effectively

A proactive attitude— you bring new ideas to the table and take initiative

Bonus Points For

Experience in financial services, fintech, or a highly regulated industry

Illustration skills or experience
