About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

to support a dynamic legal team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in real estate transactions, title and survey review, and closing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and other due diligence materials.

Draft and revise closing documents, including closing checklists, escrow instructions, and closing statements.

Coordinate closings with title companies, lenders, and clients.

Maintain and organize transaction files and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Conduct UCC searches and filings.

Support post-closing activities, including document recording and final binders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate law.

Strong understanding of title and survey review, closing procedures, and real estate documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

Additional Information Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
