Job Description In this pivotal leadership role, you will collaborate directly with business units and functions to understand critical initiatives, advocate for their needs within Information Technology, and drive the deployment of tailored, effective solutions.

Position Responsibilities

Oversees and acts as an internal consultant for liaison activities at a strategic/enterprise level between the business or function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure the most complex of business objectives are met.

Leads the education of the Business’ senior leadership on IT service offerings.

Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT at the highest levels to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and helps deploy the right solution with first time quality.

Directs the development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders.

Oversees the identification of risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function senior leadership to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments.

Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function.

Accounts for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s).

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams.

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.

5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.

5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting technologies and business.

Experience with defense products and services.

Experience fulfilling and enabling requests.

Experience with defense products and services.

Experience with documenting need for Future Production System, high priority and focus area of the Digital Transformation Program.

Benefits and Pay Pay range: $125,800 – $170,200. Applications accepted until Oct. 23, 2025.
