What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement integrated business planning (IBP) processes, procedures, and cadence for the Operations team.
Support revenue, evaluation, and spares build plan forecasts to ensure optimal supply chain alignment.
Manage the creation and execution of master supply plans for contract manufacturers and accessory supply partners.
Oversee readiness and clear‑to‑build (CTB) material review reporting to support timely production.
Lead production and capacity planning, ensuring product shipments meet Synopsys’ revenue targets.
Manage inventory utilization guidelines, excess inventory exposure, and end‑of‑life (E&O) processes.
Facilitate cross‑functional communication and coordination with the Business Development team.
Chair monthly supply planning meetings and maintain critical supply planning attributes.
Establish, manage, and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Analyze trends, support new product introductions, and manage discontinuation of legacy SKUs.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong track record in manufacturing inventory and operations management.
BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent experience.
