Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Recruitment Manager at Russian School of Mathematics The Russian School of Mathematics is an award-winning after school math enrichment program trusted by parents for over two decades. Our mission is to help students build a deep and lasting understanding of mathematics through a rigorous and engaging curriculum. With over 80 locations across the U.S. and abroad, RSM continues to expand its reach, empowering students to think critically and creatively.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Manager to oversee essential functions such as HR systems, analytics, compliance, policy administration and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing technology, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a fair and engaging workplace. The role ensures alignment with legal requirements and supports the organization in building a positive, productive, and compliant HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment
Ensure compliance with employment laws
Maintain up-to-date HR policies, employee handbooks
Conduct HR audits in collaboration with internal and external partners
Serve as a resource for interpreting and applying HR policies fairly and consistently
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to support retention strategies
Oversee and maintain the performance appraisal process
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Build and manage reports and dashboards on key metrics
Use HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in HR, including managerial responsibilities
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with HR software and systems (UKG Ready)
HR certifications such as SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
