The Senior Consultant – Miami will focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for Life Sciences and MedTech clients. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a 360 recruitment model, enjoys managing their own book of business, and is motivated by achieving personal billing targets. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues in a dynamic, growing office. Key Responsibilities
Own a personal book of business, delivering substantial individual billings (£250k+ per year or equivalent in USD). Manage full 360 recruitment processes for Life Sciences and MedTech clients, from sourcing to deal closure. Build and nurture strategic client and candidate relationships, identifying opportunities for both contract and permanent placements. Collaborate with colleagues in Miami and international offices to maximize cross-sell opportunities. Ensure compliance with all recruitment, immigration, and contract regulations relevant to US and international talent. Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Life Sciences recruitment, ideally with a focus on contract roles, though permanent experience is also considered. Track record of significant individual billings (£250k+ per year or equivalent in USD). Comfortable working with international candidates and clients, including US citizens and relocation processes. Strong cultural fit: collaborative, quality-focused, adaptable, and motivated by autonomy and results. Ambition to grow professionally within a high-performing, international recruitment business.
