Lockheed Martin is looking for a highly motivated project manager to support and deploy Digital Transformation efforts across the Portfolio of programs, sites, and lifecycle. Working on a fast‑paced team, you will collaborate with multiple diverse functional areas across FBM and perform all levels of project management responsibilities throughout the entire life cycle of each project. Key Responsibilities

Manage risk and opportunity through all boards, metrics management, and evaluation. Develop program review documentation. Perform integration activities across the organization and program. Support leadership business rhythms. Support proposal and budget cycles. Location

Although this position supports some teleworking, the preferred candidate will be located near Lockheed Martin Space facility in either Denver, CO or Cape Canaveral SFS, FL, and be expected to work in the office as needed. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education. 5+ years overall experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience. U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance, and successfully pass a drug and background check. Note:

6+ years experience. Experience with SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software tools. Experience with Data Analytics tools and integration tools such as Tableau and Tibco. Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to influence and execute on planned initiatives. Experience in program development with emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration and leadership. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including to non‑technical personnel. Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations. Ability to work autonomously in dynamic and fast‑paced environments. Experience in facilitation, with the ability to engage and motivate a variety of stakeholders. Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch. In addition to the work, you love being part of a team and working collaboratively through the process. Familiarity with software, database migration, and general Information Technology architecture. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems and related processes. Familiarity with or the ability to learn Outlook, MS Teams, Confluence, Jira, Tableau, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Benefits and Opportunities
