Mission Overview Lockheed Martin’s Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) team supports the Navy’s mission to provide affordable and credible strategic defense. FBM has a 60‑year legacy and is entering a growth phase offering significant career development opportunities.

Role Description Lockheed Martin seeks a highly motivated project manager to support digital transformation efforts across FBM programs. The project manager will manage risk, opportunity, metrics, proposal and budget cycles while integrating activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage risk and opportunity up through all boards and metrics management.

Develop program review documentation and perform integration activities across the organization.

Support leadership business rhythms and the proposal and budget cycles.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.

5+ years overall experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience.

US Citizen able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance and pass a drug and background check.

Desired Skills

Experience with Digital Twin and AI.

PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification or equivalent experience.

Program development with emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration and leadership.

Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.

Autonomous operation in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

Facility execution skills (Manufacturing Execution Systems, database migration, IT architecture).

Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Tableau, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Positive, enthusiastic team contributor.

Location & Work Schedule Preferred locations: Denver, CO or Cape Canaveral, FL with office presence as needed. The position includes part‑time remote telework and a standard 9x80 schedule with alternate Fridays off.
