What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and optimize secure, high-performance IT infrastructure solutions for global operations. Lead modernization initiatives, including server upgrades and network enhancements. Implement proactive patching, upgrades, and system hardening to ensure security. Manage server maintenance, network switching (Juniper), VLANs, DNS, disaster recovery, and Active Directory. Develop on-prem virtualization strategies focused on resiliency and disaster recovery. Audit systems for SOC, SOX, and PCI DSS compliance, ensuring secure access and data redundancy. Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities across Windows and Linux environments. Train and mentor colleagues to foster technical excellence. Partner with project managers and leadership to validate compliance documentation. Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and IT security policies.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. 4+ years in infrastructure engineering, focusing on virtualization, network security, and compliance. Proven experience with virtualized/hyper‑converged environments (VMware, Hyper‑V), Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, backup/DR solutions. Experience with network hardware (Juniper switches), VLANs, and enterprise networking best practices. Hands‑on experience with SOC, SOX, and PCI DSS frameworks. Leadership and mentoring skills. Certifications: MS in Cybersecurity, CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus. Strong communication skills.
Salary Range Base salary range: $100,000 – $150,000 plus benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
