Essential Responsibilities
Studio Delivery Volume Forecasting & Reporting
Lead forecasting and reporting processes for the USG’s portfolio, including monthly presentations of production and delivery projections to senior finance executives.
Maintain and track key studio volume metrics to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Financial Modeling & Forecasting
Build and manage detailed license fee forecasting models in partnership with the USG Ultimates/FCF team and cross-divisional finance stakeholders (NBC/Cable/Peacock).
Support long-range planning through development of annual operating plans, forecasts, and five-year financial models.
OCF Management
Oversee the OCF pacing process by reviewing revenue and cost movements with distribution finance and USG Production/Ultimates teams.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, delivering clear updates to USG/Studios Finance leadership and the corporate FP&A team.
Manage OCF submissions, reporting, analytics, and scenario planning to support informed decision-making.
Executive & Strategic Support
Assist with preparing executive presentations covering key business topics (e.g., scripted/unscripted volume trends, financial performance, library analytics).
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to help guide strategic initiatives.
Close & Controllership Support
Lead critical close processes, including revenue reviews and close checks, in close coordination with the Controllership team during month- and quarter-end.
Corporate Partnership & Reporting
Collaborate with corporate FP&A to provide studio-level analytics, elimination details, and key supplemental reporting.
Work in partnership with the Studios & UTEG Finance teams to provide key analysis and reporting.
Project Management & Process Improvement
Drive key initiatives across the studio, including process simplification, systems upgrades, and implementation of best practices to improve efficiency.
Qualifications Basic Requirements
BS/BA degree with accounting/finance focus preferred
Minimum 4+ years public and/or private accounting, or FP&A experience preferred
MS Excel skills required
Accounting / GAAP knowledge
Desired Characteristics
Experience managing FP&A cycles is preferred
Team player with ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and willingness to jump into projects to meet department goals
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and problem solve
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of finance, operations, and senior management
Continuous improvement attitude, willingness to seek out and implement best practices
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and PC skills
Strong organization and time management skills; ability to deliver on multiple project assignments, meet tight deadlines and be effective under pressure
Entertainment / Media / TV Production experience preferred
SAP or Essbase knowledge preferred with exposure to BPC a plus

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
Compensation $90,000-$125,000 (bonus eligible)
