Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery strategy, including recovery objectives, fail‑over procedures, testing plans, and ongoing support. Develop and maintain database monitoring strategy, including metrics, alerting dashboards, and ongoing support. Provide support for databases subject to International Traffic Arms and Regulations (ITAR) compliance with strict access controls and audit trails. Diagnose and resolve database performance issues during pre‑release tests and post‑release operations, including root‑cause analysis and performance tuning. Interact and communicate with project leadership and users to ensure adherence to application security best practices. Monitor incoming requests, provide appropriate support, identify improvement opportunities, and assist with implementation efforts. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3+ years of experience within information technology. Experience with SQL and Oracle database maintenance. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience within information technology. Strong communication skills. Benefits
