Resident Care Director
Base pay range $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
Location Concord, Massachusetts – 68 Commonwealth Avenue, Concord Park.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage, direct, and develop a comprehensive care program for all residents – traditional Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s/Dementia care neighborhood.
Oversee training and management of CNAs.
Liaise with family members, community agencies, physicians, and care providers.
Provide on-call support to staff and community.
Requirements
LPN or RN with valid Massachusetts nursing license.
Graduate of approved nursing program and meets Assisted Living regulations.
Experience in a senior community environment.
Transportation to complete assessments for residents.
Passion for working with seniors, collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, tech-forward approach to daily operations.
