$110K- $125K per year
Weekends OFF

Tuition Waiver: Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you and your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campuses

Responsibilities
Lead the Education Revolution: Supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and build a stellar education team.
Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Develop, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional education and support.
Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
Be a Campus Hero: Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care.
Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high‑performing team through effective training and development.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5 years of leadership or management experience.
Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong people and leadership abilities.
Time management, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills.
