Position Overview We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team in The Woodlands. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing high-quality ABA services, mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families, and driving meaningful outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).

Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.

Provide direct supervision and ongoing training for RBTs and behavior technicians.

Monitor client progress and update programs as needed to ensure effectiveness.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support consistency across environments.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and ethical guidelines (BACB).

Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.

Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Texas.

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with Autism preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay Range:

$65 - $80.00 per hour, based on experience.
