About The Role As a National Channel Sales Manager, you will drive net new business through strategic partner relationships, building pipeline and executing a best‑in‑class channel strategy across the eastern U.S.
What You’ll Do
Drive Net New Pipeline
– Proactively identify opportunities and collaborate with field sales teams to co‑sell and close high‑value deals.
Execute National Channel Strategy
– Develop and manage a focused partner business plan aligned with Verkada’s GTM objectives and targets.
Empower Our Partners
– Train and enable partner executives and teams on Verkada’s product portfolio, programs, and campaigns.
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally
– Partner with internal sales, marketing, and pre‑sales teams to launch joint activities, events, and campaigns.
Lead with Insights
– Conduct regular QBRs and business reviews with partners to align on priorities and performance.
Strengthen the Channel Ecosystem
– Influence partner teams to prioritize Verkada in key deals and recommend improvements to channel tools and incentives.
Drive Awareness and Demand
– Lead regional in‑person and virtual events to grow brand awareness and partner relationships.
Operate Strategically and Tactically
– Own the full lifecycle of partner engagement in your region, from onboarding to revenue realization.
Travel – More than 50% domestic and international travel.
What You Bring
Experience & Success
– 5+ years in physical security sales or partner management with a proven record of new business; preference for experience with Convergint.
Strategic & Creative Thinking
– Process‑driven and innovative partner‑focused initiatives.
Relationship‑Builder
– Influence and engage across all levels.
Technical Fluency
– Comfortable with product discussions; proficient with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.
Clear Communicator
– Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
Location & Travel
– East Coast major city local; open to 50%+ U.S. travel.
