Pay Range $59,500.00–$81,800.00 Annual (base salary; eligibility for incentive bonus)

Location This position is based out of Denver, CO or another JM US location.

Your Day‑to‑Day

Provide technical and process support to HR and other end‑users, addressing inquiries and resolving system‑related issues in a timely manner.

Primary owner of HR Systems Administration requests including employee profiles, job information and other relevant data.

Support the development of custom reports and queries to meet HR and organizational reporting needs.

Collaborate with HR, IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve data or process issues, ensuring seamless system functionality.

Participate in the design, testing and implementation of system updates, new features and enhancements.

Perform various audits related to HR systems/processes and payroll.

Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation.

Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing and analyzing information and troubleshooting errors.

Develop, deliver and analyze HR metrics monthly reporting and provide recommendations.

Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, data protection regulations and company policies.

Develop and assist with end‑user training.

Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.

What You Bring To The Team

Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 1 year of HRIS support experience or related experience such as IT or HR experience; 2–4 years of HRIS support experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Experience administering HR systems; preference for ADP or Workday.

Excellent skills in process improvement/business transformation, data analysis, customer service, communication, problem solving, team building and consensus ability.

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.

Highly proficient in Excel.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Minimal travel required (0–11 days per year).

Work environment is a typical office setting with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.
