About the Role

AI-Powered Content Creation & Optimization:

Generate, edit, and optimize articles for our internal knowledge base and help center using AI tools; develop prompts for high‑quality, on‑brand content.

Content Workflow Automation:

Design, implement, and manage an AI‑powered workflow that automates content creation, review, and publishing processes; integrate AI tools with existing content management systems.

AI‑Driven Content Strategy & Analysis:

Leverage AI to analyze customer feedback at scale, identify trends and opportunities; use AI analytics to monitor KPIs and make data‑driven recommendations to enhance user engagement and impact.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams—marketing, product, engineering—to align on AI content goals, resolve challenges, and maintain consistent messaging.

What We’re Looking For

AI Expertise & Content Generation:

Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for creation, editing, and optimization.

Prompt Engineering:

Deep understanding of prompt design and advanced techniques to guide AI in producing high‑quality, on‑brand content.

Technical Aptitude:

Experience with content management systems and willingness to learn new technologies; basic HTML and markdown knowledge.

Exceptional Writing & Communication:

Proven ability to create clear, accurate, engaging copy and craft concise, customer‑friendly content; 8+ years of experience in SaaS or tech environment.

Data Analysis & Strategic Thinking:

Proficient in analyzing content performance data to drive strategy and solve problems in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Project Management:

Experienced in managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Compensation Competitive salary of $112,000‑$137,000 per year in Denver, $131,000‑$161,000 in San Francisco and New York (final offer based on location, experience, and expertise).

Office Expectations Employees based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York will work from the office on designated days approximately

2‑3 days per week

(or more depending on role). Hybrid employees must maintain a secure, reliable internet connection for non‑office days.
