About the Role

As a Knowledge Management Specialist you will revolutionize how we create, manage and scale self‑help and educational materials that serve as crucial data inputs for our LLMs. You will leverage cutting‑edge AI tools to build a smart, scalable knowledge ecosystem, integrate AI into our content strategy, automate workflows and deliver personalized, data‑driven educational experiences.

About the Team

You’ll be a key player in transforming our content ecosystem by integrating AI to enhance content creation, automate workflows and deliver personalized user experiences. You will maintain our knowledge bases, pioneer new AI‑powered optimization methods and drive measurable impact at a fast‑growing company.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

AI‑Powered Content Creation & Optimization: generate, edit and optimize articles for our internal knowledge base and help center using AI tools and high‑standard prompts. Content Workflow Automation: design, implement and manage an AI‑powered workflow that automates content creation, review and publishing. AI‑Driven Content Strategy & Analysis: use AI to analyze customer feedback, generate insights, monitor KPIs and recommend enhancements. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with marketing, product, engineering and other teams to align AI content goals, resolve challenges and maintain consistent messaging.

What We’re Looking For

AI Expertise & Content Generation: deep proficiency with generative AI tools, advanced prompt engineering and AI‑powered analytics. Technical Aptitude: experience with CMS, basic HTML and markdown. Exceptional Writing & Communication: 8+ years of customer‑facing content creation in a SaaS or tech environment. Data Analysis & Strategic Thinking: analyze performance data, drive strategy and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment. Project Management: manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and collaborate with stakeholders. Learner Mindset: passion for learning and staying at the forefront of AI and content technology.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $112,000 to $161,000 annually depending on location and experience. Gusto offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Location & Work Expectations

Office presence is required 2–3 days per week at our Denver, San Francisco, or New York City locations. Hybrid work is possible with a reliable internet connection on non‑office days.
