Position Summary You will enhance how associates and customers experience technology support at Walmart. You will help transform access management and technical support through innovation, data, and automation. What You'll Do
Support data‑driven decision‑making by collecting, analyzing, and evaluating product and feature performance metrics.
Research and validate customer needs, develop customer journey maps, and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
Build and maintain technology and process roadmaps that align with business goals.
Design a customer‑facing chat experience within ServiceNow, integrating with the Wrike project management system.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align technology development with business objectives.
Apply Infosec policies to represent access and security requirements in technology design.
Stay current on emerging technologies and automation trends to innovate and enhance team capabilities.
Provide technical support for hardware lifecycle management and contribute to Global Tech transformation initiatives.
Mentor teammates, share troubleshooting expertise, and drive continuous improvement across technical operations.
Design and maintain APIs and custom programs in alignment with Global Tech standards.
What You'll Bring
Strong automation skills (Chef, Puppet) and scripting languages.
Experience leading small agile teams or workstreams for system engineering solutions.
Infrastructure maintenance expertise: backups, patch management, system audits.
Advanced troubleshooting ability across systems engineering solutions.
Operational excellence: daily operations, performance monitoring, testing processes.
Coding proficiency in JavaScript, Python, C#, .NET, Azure, AWS, or iOS.
Proficiency with ServiceNow custom workflows, automation, and integrations.
Continuous learning: stay current on industry trends and automation techniques.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, Infosec, and customer support teams.

Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and 2 years experience in technology infrastructure engineering.
Or 3 years experience in technology infrastructure engineering.
Knowledge of compute, storage, network, mobility, or virtualization technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart accessibility standards.
