Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX for a Job Title at NewPoint Real Estate Capital. The Job Title will be responsible for managing day-to-day financing activities, including loan origination, servicing, and sales for various types of housing and healthcare properties. The individual will work closely with team members to ensure timely execution of financing solutions, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and support clients in achieving their financial goals. Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in loan origination, servicing, and sales Understanding of conventional multifamily, affordable housing, senior housing, healthcare, and related real estate sectors Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in financial modeling and real estate market analysis Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, and proprietary financing solutions is a plus
