Manager of Infrastructure Operations
to lead a dynamic group of engineers, administrators, and analysts in delivering secure, scalable, and cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. As the Manager of Infrastructure Operations, you’ll oversee the people, processes, and platforms that power our enterprise infrastructure. You’ll lead cross-functional teams responsible for the testing, deployment, and maintenance of critical systems across: Cloud & Compute Network & Storage Database & Middleware Infrastructure Security You’ll be a key driver of automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement—ensuring our infrastructure is resilient, secure, and future-ready. Your Impact
Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Engineers, System Analysts, and Administrators across multiple domains. Drive automation strategies to streamline deployment and maintenance processes. Collaborate with Infrastructure leadership to shape roadmaps and implement innovative platform features. Champion modern operational practices like DevOps, IaaS, and self-service models. Develop career paths and growth plans for team members, managing training budgets and professional development. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and enforce technical standards across all infrastructure platforms. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role. Strong understanding of Agile/Kanban methodologies and cross-functional team dynamics. Proven ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Server
(Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS EC2) Storage & Backup
(SAN, NAS, S3) Networking
(Cisco, SD-WAN, Firewalls) Database
(SQL) Middleware
(Kafka, MuleSoft, OpenShift) Endpoint Engineering
(Windows, MacOS, InTune) Infrastructure Security
