What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with customers, engineers, and team members to capture capability needs and develop quality business solutions

Participate in the full software development life cycle, taking on various roles in Agile scrum teams

Support requirements testing and ensure minimal production defects through thorough analysis

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews

Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field

3-5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1-3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma practices

1-3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry

1-3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry

Six Sigma certificationProject Management Professional (PMP) certification
