What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with customers and technical teams to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.

Participate in the full software development life cycle, taking on various roles in Agile scrum teams.

Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impacts.

Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout project lifecycles.

Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field

3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare

Thorough understanding of healthcare data and clinical disease processes

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience

1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry

1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry

Six Sigma certification

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
