Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
Participate in the full software development life cycle in various roles within Agile scrum teams
Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact
Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, assisting with requirement walkthroughs and reporting project status
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
3-5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
1-3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
1-3 years in the Healthcare industry
Six Sigma certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
