Who we are looking for The Global Credit Finance (GCF) division at State Street provides a range of financial solutions to support clients across the bank. We are a global division with approximately 150 employees in various locations worldwide.

What you will be responsible for As a Stable Value Relationship Manager in Global Credit Finance you will

Maintain strong market presence and build partnerships with leading fixed income fund managers to facilitate a pipeline for market opportunities.

Understand tax deferred savings vehicles including market placement, market players and investor behavior to continuously deliver a well‑positioned product structure.

Structure, negotiate, and underwrite new contracts and contract amendments to meet client objectives while ensuring adherence to State Street’s risk appetite.

Work with Enterprise Risk Management to obtain credit approval for portfolio transactions.

Coordinate with the Global Clients Division to cohesively manage client profiles, identify cross‑sell opportunities and ensure client retention.

Provide expert quantitative and qualitative portfolio oversight and management reporting.

Collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders across the middle and back office, legal, finance, risk management, and senior management.

Represent the bank at various industry conferences and participate in conference panels, as appropriate.

Mentor junior team members to ensure understanding of fund structure, product risk, legal documentation and client strategy.

Participate in division‑ and bank‑level initiatives to support execution of cross‑organizational objectives.

Fixed income industry knowledge and demonstrated experience in contract structuring, risk assessment and relationship management.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, including the ability to interface with clients at the senior management level.

Strong analytical, credit underwriting and problem‑solving skills.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with prior Salesforce experience desirable.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Business, Economics or Finance; MBA or CFA a plus but not required.

Minimum of 10+ years of financial services experience; prior experience in tax‑deferred savings industry highly desirable.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $187,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
