Principal Account Manager, Strategic ISV Sales Join to apply for the principal role at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Job Summary We are looking for a talented individual to drive hyper‑growth and help SaaS ISVs operate on AWS. The Principal Account Manager will lead a cross‑functional team to deliver business growth for AWS and our ISV customers, creating and executing the account strategy and ensuring customer achievement of growth targets while expanding AWS revenue.

Role & Responsibilities

Drive adoption of AWS full suite of services into strategic ISV customer portfolio.

Exceed annual revenue and design‑win targets.

Drive levers for growth of the business: account plans, GTM programs to drive adoption of ISV partners’ products, partner collaboration, and marketing support.

Build and motivate a high‑performing sales team.

Engage functional teams such as demand generation to curate a healthy sales pipeline.

Collaborate with partners to enable training and account prospecting workshops.

In partnership with Sales Ops manage all operational aspects of the business (e.g., SFDC).

Develop long‑term strategic relationships with AWS executives and partner management.

Embrace and drive AWS culture; lead through Leadership Principles.

Foster high customer satisfaction.

Travel as required for business needs.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience presenting to C‑level executives, IT and business lines across organizations.

10+ years of technology‑related sales, business development or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company.

Experience with AWS and cloud‑as‑a‑service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
