Responsibilities and Duties

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care as the sole provider

Deliver care in accordance with board certification in Family Medicine

Manage patient diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up

Ensure compliance with all required certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA registration

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff as needed

Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Additional Information

Board certification in Family Medicine required

Active Louisiana medical license required

Outpatient primary care experience as a sole provider strongly preferred

IHS experience is a plus

Must maintain current BLS and DEA credentials
