Supply Chain Coordinator
Nixie Beverage Company is a fast‑growing leader in the modern soda market, backed by strong momentum and a commitment to operational excellence. We are seeking a detail‑driven, operations‑focused Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic, cross‑functional team. Base Pay Range
$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Process and execute purchase orders, book freight, and track shipments to delivery. Monitor 3PL performance, including on‑time pickup/delivery, transit times, damage rates, and cost. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, co‑manufacturers, and 3PL providers, escalating issues and tracking resolutions. Support the VP of Finance with raw material, packaging, and ingredient planning through inventory visibility and an understanding of product seasonality. Prepare and distribute supply chain and logistics reports. Collaborate with the VP of Manufacturing on production documentation, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in cross‑functional meetings and act as a liaison among supply chain, operations, production, sales, and finance. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of logistics/operations experience, ideally in CPG/beverages. Strong grasp of inventory, freight, and supply‑chain fundamentals. Impeccable attention to detail with numbers, data, and documentation. Comfortable with data analysis, spreadsheets, and ERP tools. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication across internal teams and external partners. Problem‑solving mindset; ability to prioritize and find workarounds when needed. Why Join Us
