Executive Director – Cedarhurst of East Louisville

We are seeking a service‑minded, career‑oriented individual to join our team as a

full‑time Executive Director

at Cedarhurst of East Louisville community. As an Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to connect with, and positively impact the lives of, our residents daily and lead the community with a resident‑first focus. Responsibilities

Accountable for strategic planning and profitability while overseeing all operations of the community and programs. Deliver quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations while supporting and optimizing resident well‑being. Maintain high customer satisfaction, manage marketing, sales, and regulatory compliance, and meet financial expectations. Represent key servant‑leadership principles, practice effective listening, empathy, awareness, and persuasiveness. Hire, orient, supervise, evaluate, review, and appropriately discipline all community staff. Provide proactive solutions in alignment with company vision, values, policies, and standards. Complete other tasks as assigned by the Regional Director of Operations from time to time. Qualifications

2+ years of experience or 3+ years as Assistant Executive Director in a senior care community with proven leadership and organizational skills. State‑required license/certification for operating an Assisted Living/Memory Care community desired. Proven ability to manage 4–10 supervisory supervisors totaling 30–100 employees across housekeeping, wellness, life enrichment, sales, dining, maintenance, and office. Demonstrated competence in regulatory compliance and a history of keeping the property compliant with all agencies. Proven experience in leadership, development, and retention of staff. Passion for working with older adults. Knowledge of sales, cost control, and basic accounting. Excellent communication, initiative, and ability to go above and beyond to meet resident needs. Flexibility to work weekends and be on call at all times. General knowledge of laws and regulations regarding senior living care. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Prism, Kronos, Yardi, and EHR systems. Ability to meet all physical demands of the position, including lifting/moving up to 50lbs independently and up to 200lbs with assistance. Benefits
