$95,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr What you will do

Assist in providing additional training to existing Executive Directors to improve performance. Assist with Cedarhurst acquisitions; work with onboarding Executive Directors to ensure adherence to Cedarhurst policies and procedures. Mentor existing Executive Directors and provide support to those who may be struggling in their role. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including group presentations. Lead, develop, and retain a strong team through staffing and supervision. Maintain a warm, outgoing, compassionate demeanor and a positive approach to change and improvements. Effectively manage employee and resident relations with strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Handle confidential information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Maintain sound organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Be self-motivated to accomplish goals with accountability for results. Demonstrate superior analytical, project management, and organizational skills. Show professional curiosity, a desire to learn, and the ability to propose solutions to problems. Remain calm under stress, be flexible, and handle interruptions with strong multitasking abilities. Enjoy working with older adults and promote high levels of customer service and hospitality. As an Executive Director (Traveling) you will also:

Meet or exceed budgets and property performance goals within the communities you serve. Oversee day-to-day operations including profit and loss, marketing, sales, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, financial targets, and a quality workforce. Engage in the sales and marketing process to position the property, stay current on competition, and meet occupancy and revenue goals. Hire, orient, supervise, evaluate, review, and discipline subordinate staff as needed. Perform conflict intervention and resolution for customers, families, employees, and affected parties. Manage three to five subordinate supervisors who oversee 30–50 employees across Housekeeping, Resident Care, Maintenance, Dietary, and Office. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. State-required license/certification for operating an Assisted Living/Memory Care center is required. Applicable state licensure must be in good standing with the state. Five (5) years plus of experience in a senior care community with proven leadership and organizational skills preferred. At least one (1) year of management or supervision experience preferred. Ability to make business decisions in the best interest of the company and its employees. Ability to create a professional environment that reflects the company’s vision and core values. Competence in regulatory compliance to keep the property in compliance with all regulatory agencies. Servant leadership principles, including listening, empathy, awareness, and persuasiveness across regions. Proactive problem-solving aligned with company values, policies, and standards.
