Area Vice President of Sales At Elara Caring, the Sales Team acts as the liaison between patients who need care and our hospice providers. The Area Vice President of Sales leads and develops a high performing sales team, shares our commitment to excellence, and advocates for the patient and our organization. This role is integral to expanding our hospice footprint and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related health field

Hospice sales leadership experience strongly preferred

Experience with ACO relationships strongly preferred

4 years of supervisory experience

7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the health care industry

Demonstrates proven decision making, leadership, and financial management skills

Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

Up to 80% travel with overnight stay

You will report to the Vice President of Sales - Hospice.
