What you’ll do:
Build and execute BD- and partnership-led programs to drive acquisition of medium-sized advertisers, while supporting retention and revenue growth for new accounts.
Identify new growth opportunities using customer insights, product data, and market trends, and translate them into scalable acquisition and retention programs.
Partner with BD, Marketing, Product, and external partners to design and roll out global GTM plays (campaigns, partnerships, events, and in-product experiences) that accelerate customer acquisition and adoption.
Develop and own program roadmaps and KPIs for both new advertiser acquisition and retentive growth, ensuring accountability and consistent performance tracking.
Test, optimize, and scale programs through experimentation frameworks and a test-and-learn approach.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, Operations, Insights, and Marketing to analyze performance, refine programs, and maximize advertiser success.
Communicate strategies, results, and recommendations clearly to executives and key stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and retention through growth, business development and partnership programs.
Experience designing and scaling programs across multiple geographies.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to distill complex strategies into clear narratives for executive and external audiences.
Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence across Marketing, Product, Ops, and Sales.
Familiarity with the digital advertising industry and experience with SMB/medium-sized advertisers is a plus.
Comfort with ambiguity, ability to experiment, iterate, and adapt at pace.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
8+ years in growth, business development, consulting, corporate strategy, or product/growth marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree, MBA, or degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics.
Experience launching and scaling customer acquisition and retention programs with measurable impact.
Passion for structured problem solving, hypothesis testing, and growth strategy.
Enthusiasm for Snap’s mission, creativity, and innovation.
Compensation: In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $173,000-$259,000 annually.
Zone B: $164,000-$246,000 annually.
Zone C: $147,000-$220,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
