We’re on the hunt for a General Manager (or Assistant GM) to lead our dessert, coffee, and specialty cocktail bar with flair and finesse. This isn’t just a GM role—it’s a chance to become our

Curator of Coffee, Confections & Cocktails , shaping the guest experience, team culture, and operational excellence in a concept built around indulgence and joy.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Show : Run daily operations with confidence and charisma, ensuring smooth service across coffee, dessert, and bar programs.

Inspire the Team : Coach, train, and energize staff to deliver high‑impact hospitality, even on the busiest nights.

Drive Excellence : Manage scheduling, inventory, and systems to keep this high‑volume concept humming.

Create Experiences : Make sure every guest leaves with a sweet memory—whether it’s a perfect espresso, an outrageous dessert, or a signature cocktail.

Grow the Business : Collaborate with ownership and Homegrown leadership to hit financial goals, boost sales, and keep the vibe thriving.

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership in high‑volume restaurants, bars, or cafes (GM/AGM level).

Passion for hospitality and guest experience—desserts and cocktails are the stars, but service is the show.

A mixer, a baker, and a hands‑on team player—support the pastry crew with perfect frosting and a friendly touch.

Strong organizational and financial management skills. Toast and Restaurant365 expertise a plus.

Shakes up unforgettable drinks and knows every regular by name—part bartender, part local legend.

Ability to coach and build an empowered, guest‑focused team.

Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment—calm under pressure, fun under fire.
