Experience in at least two disciplines within the construction industry, including General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar
Success in communicating project requirements to various audiences
Experience in facilities management or similar roles, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management/control of new structures and existing buildings
Program management of concurrent projects
Project Management accreditation (PMP® or similar)
Experience Level Intermediate Level
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr.
