Position Overview The Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region Coordinator collaborates with fundraisers to acquire, cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal gift level donors, focusing on the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region. The Coordinator manages donor data, supports strategic engagement efforts, and leads logistics for donor events and meetings, including support for the Women’s Alliance of South Florida—a dynamic community of women philanthropists committed to global health equity.
Responsibilities
Database Management (40%)
Serve as the CRM lead for MASE fundraisers, working closely with the Development Operations team to assess coding, reporting, and data modeling needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, activity tracking, and opportunities in Salesforce.
Generate individual constituent and donor portfolio reports from Salesforce.
Fundraiser and Administrative Support (40%)
Coordinate travel, meetings, and expense reporting for team members, ensuring expense reports and meeting notes are submitted on time.
Lead logistics for donor events, including venue selection, vendor management, pre-event briefing materials, and day-of coordination.
Conduct research and prepare donor briefings and profiles in advance of meetings and events.
Support the Women’s Alliance of South Florida Steering Committee with meeting facilitation and event planning.
Donor Support and Gift Processing (20%)
Serve as a liaison for major donors, ensuring timely acknowledgments and communications.
Generate mailing lists and donor reports to support outreach.
Draft and edit grant proposals and impact reports in collaboration with fundraisers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; 2-3 years of related experience desirable.
Excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to social justice.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
Capacity to represent PIH in a highly professional manner and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Solid computer skills in a PC environment with the capability to master new software applications. Skilled user of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word; working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus.

Pay and Benefits The starting salary for this position is $46,000 and is non-negotiable. Eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and eligible dependents.
