What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Act as Solution Team Leader on large projects, ensuring successful delivery
Configure and customize client solutions based on in-depth knowledge of workflows and system configurations
Facilitate system design workshops and document project specifications
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including development and deployment
Identify client needs and collaborate on potential solutions to improve project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Graduate education in a relevant degree or significant applicable work history
Minimum of 7 years’ experience, with at least 4 years in asset-intensive industries or facility management
Strong understanding of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) and programming languages (Linux, Java, Python, SQL)
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Agile DSDM Practitioner Certification
Experience with asset management systems (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP, Oracle)
Knowledge of version control software such as SVN
Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g., Agile and Waterfall)
Experience with IBM WebSphere and/or BEA WebLogic
