Lead yearly, quarterly, and sprint planning sessions across multiple product lines Monitor product initiatives across engineering teams to ensure alignment with business priorities Proactively escalate blockers and risks, facilitating timely solutions and effective communication with leadership Develop and manage detailed project and sprint plans, schedules, and execution timelines Track progress, KPIs, and status updates, delivering concise communication to leadership and stakeholders What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of project/program management experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments Proven success in managing multiple complex product initiatives simultaneously Strong experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or SAFe-lite); RTE background is a strong plus Expertise in JIRA, eazyBI, and related PMO tools Demonstrated ability to create, track, and report on KPIs and operational metrics How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
