What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Work with prospective funding partners to identify tailored solutions for lending challenges
Collaborate with the sales team to streamline discovery and expedite deal cycles
Develop sales enablement tools and establish best practices
Create credit strategies that align with growth, risk, and return objectives
Conduct simulations and analyses to demonstrate lender profitability
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in the auto and/or home loan lending industry
Proven experience with credit risk policies
Proficiency in analytical principles and business intelligence tools, including SQL
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Client-facing experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a highly regulated financial services industry (banking/insurance/finance)
Familiarity with advanced modeling techniques
Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud architecture
