What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Originating new partnerships with fintechs, banks, and payment service providers (PSPs)
Managing the deal lifecycle from due diligence through post-close success
Building and maintaining executive-level partnership relationships
Advising partners on product and business strategies
Collaborating with Coinbase’s leadership and cross-functional teams to support CaaS initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
10+ years of experience selling into fintechs, banks, and PSPs
Strong complex problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to navigate change and turbulence
Strategic vision for market development and ability to translate this into product recommendations
Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Direct experience in crypto
Previous experience working at a fintech, bank, or PSP
