Position Overview We are seeking a

dynamic, strategic, and forward‑thinking Director of Food & Beverage

to lead and elevate our acclaimed dining and beverage program. This rare opportunity offers the chance to join a world‑renowned property with a strong culinary identity and to contribute meaningfully to its continued evolution. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all culinary and beverage operations, including multiple fine dining venues, in‑room dining, banquets, and bars/lounges. The successful candidate will bring a modern, guest‑centric approach to hospitality and possess the operational expertise to drive excellence in service, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership to all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring consistent delivery of luxury service standards.

Collaborate with executive chefs, sommeliers, and outlet managers to create innovative menus and unique dining experiences.

Champion guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional quality, ambiance, and personalized service across all outlets.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and control costs.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.

Stay current with global culinary and beverage trends to maintain competitive positioning and drive innovation.

Build strong vendor and partner relationships to ensure quality and sustainability in sourcing.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels or resorts.

Proven track record of leading successful F&B operations in high‑end, multi‑outlet environments.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.

A passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and guest engagement.

Experience in resort or island environments preferred; international luxury brand experience is a plus.

Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
