Our client, a boutique advertising agency focused on healthcare brands, is seeking an Account Manager/Executive with digital marketing experience to join their growing team in Miami.
Responsibilities
Manages day‑to‑day interaction with assigned clients.
Works with cross‑functional teams and third‑party partners to effectively plan and manage workflow and deliverables.
Develops, plans and implements strategies that align with clients’ goals.
Provides proactive, professional, knowledgeable and courteous client service.
Builds and maintains effective relationships with clients.
Develops creative and project briefs to clearly define goals and requirements.
Regularly communicates progress and delays and keeps clients informed.
Manages budgets and timelines.
Uses agency platforms to organize, schedule, assign and manage projects and deliverables.
Shares knowledge with peers and contributes to the enhancement of agency capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Must have 3+ years of account management experience stemming from an advertising agency or in‑house marketing department.
Experience with and working knowledge of digital marketing and media.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in the English language.
Working knowledge of monday.com software.
Nice to have but not required: Healthcare marketing and communication experience.
Must be able to work onsite 2 days a week in the downtown Miami area.
