Job Description
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to collaborate with various departments (nursing, mental health, ACA, parole, etc.) to update and migrate thousands of documents from a previous SharePoint site to a new SharePoint site. As part of this migration, each department will be requested to update the documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and AI-readiness. Once the document clean up is complete, the Project Manager will assist in the creation of a new SharePoint site and in the migration of the updated, AI‑ready documents. The technical team will develop AI agents through Copilot Studio to answer questions and perform tasks based on the site's content, streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration.

Coordinating cross‑departmental reviews, timelines, and deliverables
Familiarity with change management and stakeholder communication
SharePoint Expertise
SharePoint Online / SharePoint Migration best practices
Site architecture, permissions, metadata, versioning, and governance
Hands‑on experience with document libraries, workflows, and content types
Documentation Management
Managing Policies, SOPs, and Manuals in regulated environments
Knowledge of document lifecycle management (creation, review, approval, archival)
Familiar with compliance and audit readiness in document storage
AI/Knowledge Management Readiness
Tagging and structuring documents for search and retrieval optimization
Taxonomy, metadata, and ontology design to support AI or Copilot use cases
Understanding of preparing documents for AI agent training / natural language navigation
Technical Tools & Competencies
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
Microsoft Teams & OneDrive integration with SharePoint
Document migration tools (ShareGate, AvePoint, Metalogix, native Microsoft tools)
Basic AI/ML familiarity
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication for training and documentation
Experience working in a regulated, healthcare-related environment
Comfortable managing resistance to change and ensuring adoption

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
