Description Our client is looking for a Project Manager to collaborate with various departments (nursing, mental health, ACA, parole, etc) to update and migrate thousands of documents from a previous SharePoint site to a new SharePoint site. As part of this migration, each department will be requested to update the documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and AI-readiness. Once the document clean up is complete, the Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the creation of a new SharePoint site and for the migration of the updated, AI-ready documents. The technical team will work to develop AI agents through Copilot studio to answer questions and perform tasks based on the site's content, streamlining workflows and enhancing collaboration.
Must Have Recent Sharepoint Migration Experience Preferred experience in a Healthcare environment Ai Knowledge Is Highly Preferred Core Skills & Experience
Project Management
Experience leading document migration or system transition projects.
Skilled in coordinating cross-departmental reviews, timelines, and deliverables.
Familiarity with change management and stakeholder communication.
SharePoint Expertise
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online / SharePoint Migration best practices.
Experience with site architecture, permissions, metadata, versioning, and governance.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint document libraries, workflows, and content types.
Documentation Management
Experience managing Policies, SOPs, and Manuals in regulated environments.
Knowledge of document lifecycle management (creation, review, approval, archival).
Familiar with compliance and audit-readiness in document storage.
AI/Knowledge Management Readiness
Experience tagging and structuring documents for search and retrieval optimization.
Familiarity with taxonomy, metadata, and ontology design to support AI or Copilot use cases.
Understanding of how to prepare documents for AI agent training / natural language navigation.
Technical Tools & Competencies
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate for workflows, Power BI for tracking progress).
Microsoft Teams & OneDrive (collaboration and integration with SharePoint).
Document migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, AvePoint, Metalogix, or native Microsoft tools).
Basic AI/ML familiarity — not developer-level, but understanding how structured content feeds AI agents.
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and facilitation skills (able to run review sessions across multiple departments).
Excellent written and verbal communication for training, guidance, and documenting processes.
Ability to work in a regulated, healthcare-related environment where accuracy and compliance are critical.
Comfortable managing resistance to change and ensuring adoption.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
