POSITION SUMMARY:
KKR & Co., Inc. is seeking a candidate to join the Segment and Non‑GAAP Reporting team. The Analyst will assist with analysis and reporting on overall company financial results as well as participate in special projects and research. In addition to possessing the specific qualifications cited below, all candidates must work well within a complex, fast‑paced, fluid environment, and possess a proven ability to design and lead operational and accounting change. All candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. This role will be located in our Brighton, MA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of GAAP and operating financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis including detailed segment and/or product line reporting and analysis.
Collect and maintain supporting documentation used for reporting and analysis.
Assist with preparation of supporting schedules and analysis for internal and external reporting used by senior management and board of directors.
Assist in synthesizing and summarizing detailed financial data to create meaningful, high‑level, result‑oriented analysis.
Improve and build processes designed to meet the growth objectives of the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree and CPA/CMA professional credentials are a plus.
0-2 years of related experience, including experience in P&L analysis and accounting.
Experience in Insurance or financial services and public accounting desired.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficiency with accounting systems, including ledger applications (Peoplesoft and SAP), query tools (Smartview, Essbase), Onestream consolidation platform and Workiva.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills for creating insightful, actionable reporting.
Strong technical skills with ability to understand complex products and models.
Experience with artificial intelligence in a business environment/use case is a plus.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
