The Role We’re looking for
Software Engineering Recruiters
to join our growing Boston team. This is a full‑cycle role where you’ll have the chance to:
Build and own a niche market within the most exciting sector in life sciences.
Partner with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders at scaling start‑ups and established players.
Place world‑class software engineers across front end, back end, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, product, and data.
Leverage BioTalent’s global platform, live mandates, and strong reputation in the TechBio community.
This is not a cold‑start role – you’ll step into warm relationships, active demand, and a team that’s scaling rapidly.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced 180 or 360 recruiter with a passion for technology and innovation.
Someone commercially savvy who thrives on building relationships in high‑growth environments.
A background in software engineering, product, DevOps, data, or infrastructure recruitment is highly valuable.
