Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

The Opportunity

We’re hiring Business developers, 360 recruiters and Account Managers to join our

high‑performing Boston office .

This is a

client‑facing, 360 recruitment role , giving you ownership of your market. You’ll be responsible for developing your own business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering

best‑in‑class talent solutions

to life sciences companies.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development, client management, and land/expand strategies

Source and headhunt top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and specialist pharma channels

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and CV submission to offer negotiation and onboarding

Organise interviews, gather feedback, and provide consultative, value‑led advice to clients and candidates

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within Bullhorn (ATS)

Build and nurture long‑lasting relationships across your network

What We’re Looking For

Proven, consistent billing record in a 360 recruitment role

Strong business development skills with a confident, consultative approach

Life Sciences market experience is a plus, but not essential if you are eager to learn

Ability to build rapport, problem‑solve, and thrive under pressure

Self‑starter mentality with ambition, optimism, and natural leadership qualities

Results‑driven, financially motivated, and committed to delivering excellence

Organised, punctual, and dedicated to high standards of work
