Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications for data solutions.
Collaborate with business units and information architects to design and implement data models, flows, and integration processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports; provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
Promote data‑driven decision‑making and best practices across the organization; communicate findings to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation; devise and implement strategies to enhance data quality, privacy, and security.
Maintain conceptual data models and support data governance initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information science, data management, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or computer programming.
At least 2 years of experience with database warehousing and related systems.
Strong knowledge of data management concepts (governance, quality, integration, master data management).
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques; experience with ETL and data pipelines.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and implementation of controls.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Travel Requirements Minimal.
Work Environment Work may be performed remotely or onsite in Atlanta, GA. Employees work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable home or office setting and must have reliable Internet service.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $87,600 to $175,300, depending on location, skills, and experience. TriNet offers standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock purchase plan, paid time off, and holiday pay.
